Dr. Bener Milani is a physician graduated from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), with residency in General Surgery at Santa Casa de Paranavaí and specialization in Plastic Surgery from the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS). Throughout his career, he has consolidated experience in aesthetic, reconstructive, and advanced trichology procedures, always focusing on safety, technique, and natural results. This condition is usually accompanied by severe complaints of chronic pain in the cervical and lumbar region, in addition to dermatitis (skin irritation) in the inframammary fold due to weight and constant friction. The surgical goal was to remove a large amount of tissue to provide immediate physical relief.

Result in the initial stage of healing. The drastic change in the silhouette and the removal of the weight that burdened the spine is visible. The breast was completely remodeled and elevated, providing a lighter and more proportional contour to the body. Technical observation: The reddish line at the base of the breast (inverted "T" scar) is characteristic of this initial phase. With time and post-operative care, this color tends to lighten and the scar becomes increasingly discreet and thin.
